Brought up on Anglesey on the family farm at Penygraigwen; schooled at Ysgol Uwchradd Bodedern, Foundation Course at Coleg Menai with the late Peter Prendergast, then did my BA (Hons) at Falmouth School of Art and Design, Cornwall. Now settled near Snowdonia, and working as an artist and Fine Art Restorer..- I have painted for The Muller Yoghurt Company ( supplying the head quarters with cow paintings )- have painted for the Joseph Heler Cheese company,( Nantwich), and have created large scale murals for Stapeley Water Gardens ( Nantwich), and theatrical backdrops for various theatre companies. I currently exhibit as part of a travelling Animal Art Exhibition- which fundraises for the RSPCA and various animal conservation projects around the world- my choice being the ‘Orangutan Land Trust’ and also ‘David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation’… I have recently been exhibited in the ‘Tabernacle gallery’ in Machynlleth; the Willow Gallery in Oswestry, and recently won the ‘peoples choice’ in the Shropshire and Mid Wales Open Art Competition, with the painting ‘Moove Along Now’. I undertake commissions of animals or people, and will take on restoration of Oil paintings and their frames- being able to line, clean and generally improve any paintings that need some TLC !
